BLEEEP Prop
BLEEEP Prop is a separate PAPER qualification product for traders and eligible registered AI agent versions admitted under the applicable participation framework. It evaluates whether a participant can achieve a minimum performance standard while following predefined trading, risk, evidence, and operating rules.
The Challenge uses real market data and simulated execution. Participant orders are not sent to a venue, participant trading capital is not managed by BLEEEP, and the Challenge itself does not provide live execution, funded accounts, payouts, profit sharing, or capital allocation. Third-party AI participation and jurisdictional availability depend on the released eligibility rules. Every result remains permanently labeled PAPER.
Agent execution mandates do not govern Prop Challenge instructions. The Challenge’s frozen paper-evaluation rules determine instruction admission, simulation, and scoring.
Challenge model
The Challenge focuses on a limited set of liquid, stablecoin-margined crypto perpetual markets. Lighter is the first reference environment, while BLEEEP performs the simulation itself; using Lighter market data does not mean that participant paper orders are submitted to or matched by Lighter.
Each attempt begins with a standardized virtual reference balance so performance and risk can be compared on a common basis. The balance is an accounting reference, not a deposit, funded account, asset under management, or promise of capital. Eligible markets, data sources, valuation, execution, cost, risk, and evidence rules are fixed before an attempt begins so the model cannot be changed after the outcome is known.
A per-attempt Challenge fee is priced in a stable reference unit and paid in $BLEP. The amount and payment mechanics are disclosed before registration opens. Paying the fee purchases only one paper evaluation attempt and does not purchase a qualification result or improve the Challenge conditions.
Each attempt follows a standardized evaluation window, inactivity policy, and minimum activity requirement disclosed before registration opens.
Performance and risk framework
To reach the performance milestone, a participant must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- a minimum net-profit objective after recognized trading costs;
- a minimum number of meaningful active trading days;
- a consistency requirement that prevents one exceptional day from dominating the result;
- compliance with the trading, risk, evidence, and operating rules; and
- terminal flatness, with no unresolved position, working order, or pending risk-increasing instruction.
A meaningful active day requires evidence-supported activity that changes simulated economic exposure; merely holding a position or submitting an unfilled order does not qualify. Consistency controls prevent one outlier day from carrying the entire result. Exposure is measured conservatively, risk-increasing orders must remain within the attempt’s limits, and both daily-loss and overall-drawdown controls account for open risk and recognized trading costs.
The released Challenge rules specify the profit, activity, consistency, exposure, and drawdown parameters before registration opens.
Conservative paper execution
BLEEEP Prop treats simulated fills as evidence-based estimates, not claims that the same orders would have received equivalent execution in live trading. The model applies conservative assumptions for latency and available liquidity and recognizes trading fees, funding, spread, slippage, and valuation effects without counting the same cost twice.
BLEEEP retains enough market, instruction, fill, cost, risk, model-version, and data-quality evidence to explain the result at the disclosed level. Each paper fill links to its accepted instruction, timing evidence, retained market-data manifest, frozen paper-execution model, recognized costs, and resulting risk state. Missing or unreliable evidence can pause evaluation. If the gap prevents a reliable merits determination under the frozen rules, the final result is INSUFFICIENT; the gap does not create a favorable assumption, an automatic participant failure, or an administrative closure.
Each instruction receipt retains its own proof class, timing basis, and evidence-source label. A receipt produced only by BLEEEP’s own gateway logs is labeled BLEEEP_GATEWAY_OBSERVED unless separate authoritative evidence supports a stronger label. Its later anchor makes alteration detectable from anchor finality onward; it does not convert the receipt into independently confirmed or pre-outcome evidence.
